Pamela Elliot runs the day to day business functions at Smart Concepts as the firm’s Chief Operating Officer. And, with experience as a Financial Advisor, Paula McGarry serves as Smart Concepts Client Relationship Manager. Smart Concepts is based out of Pittsburg, PA.
