After Pre-Approval approval, each applicant receives a link to our Application portal. Our Loan Application captures basic client practice and personal information requisite for underwriting from the buyer.

Upon completion of the Loan Application each applicant receives a link to our Loan Questionnaire portal. Inquiries for each applicant center around the fundamentals of the buyer’s and seller’s practice. Typically, our buyers and sellers collaborate on responding to the inquiries.

To substantiate your responses in the Application and Questionnaire, our underwriting team requires documentation that varies depending on your loan type.

In the event that you are having a member of your advisory staff complete the requisite forms, please ensure their accuracy before signing and returning.

The underwriting process cannot begin until all of the documents listed here have been submitted to SkyView Partners.
